About Us

More Than Wine

Integrity Wines represents quality wine from natural growers brought to market by fair and reliable business relations. We believe in value-based pricing, honest marketing practices, and a sense of giving back to the communities in which we live and work. Our company was born in 2010 out of an inexhaustible passion for food, wine, art, and the Mediterranean way of life. After a career in banking and many years as an owner-operator in most every aspect of the food and beverage industry, Doug Strickland and his wife Brenda struck out on the venture to bring artisan natural wines to their market in the Southeast U.S.

Integrity Wines imports and markets wine that possesses purity of fruit, balance, distinct varietal character, and true expression of their terroir. The passion of our producers and their commitment to quality and the environment is of paramount importance. Our focus is on winegrowers who produce high-quality, artisanal, estate-produced wines
while practicing sustainable, organic, and biodynamic farming. In most cases, our producers are farmers, grower-producers who are passionate about their land and the quality fruit it produces. These growers practice low intervention winemaking, acting more as stewards to deliver nature’s finest product while nurturing the earth we all live on. We also search selectively for producers of great wines at reasonable prices. In most cases, wines from our producers are
available only in limited quantities, but we also work with many high-quality, value-driven producers that are available in more volume.

When selecting new producers to represent, we favor those that possess the following:

  • Natural, organic, and biodynamic methods as a means for the production of high quality, sustainable wines
  • Terroir expressive wines with extraordinary purity, elegance, precision, finesse, and balance
  • Strictly limited yields, low-intervention production methods, and those that highlight the best characteristics of each vintage
  • High average age of the vines, unique terroir, and microclimate
  • Wines that are made from estate-grown fruit or occasionally purchased from other esteemed producers
  • Dedication to family heritage and an overwhelming respect for nature, expression of both terroir and history in their wines
  • Both new and well-established producers that know wine is above all made to be drunk with pleasure!

Our portfolio is balanced with like-minded producers whose commonality is a commitment to quality. We welcome producers, distributors, and consumers that share these values to join us in sharing the passion of fine natural wine as an integral part of daily life!

Further, our goal is to build a balanced portfolio of like-minded producers, whose communality is a commitment to quality, working with noble and lesser known varietals from unique microclimates throughout Europe and the Americas.

Our company was born out of an inexhaustible passion for food, wine, art and the Mediterranean way of life. We share the passion of our producers, their commitment to quality and the environment. After years of tossing back and forth between banking and food and beverage, then ten years of owning a euro-Mediterranean restaurant, wine bar, and a retail wine and cheese shop in Atlanta, Doug Strickland, Certified Sommelier, and his wife, Brenda Strickland, have struck out on the venture to bring these artisan natural wines to the their focus markets in the Southeast US.Integrity Wines, represents quality wine from natural growers, brought to market by fair and reliable business relations, value based pricing, honest marketing practices and a sense of giving back to the communities in which we live and work in.

We welcome like-minded producers, distributors, and consumers to join us in effectively sharing the passion of fine natural wine as an integral part of daily life!

We search selectively for producers of great wines at reasonable prices from primary and lesser-known cool climate regions throughout the old and new world. In most cases wines from these producers are available only in limited quantities but we also import values available in more
volume. In Europe we focus on smaller production artisan wines and to a lesser degree, value oriented wines available in larger quantities. The new world also sources great wines. We will bring wines to market from Argentina, Chile and the United States that possess a high quality-price ratio and whose criteria fit qualitatively into our portfolio principals. In South America we will primarily focus our efforts on good wines available in more significant quantities at modest prices. In the US we will be devoted almost solely to representing natural wines and quality rising star producers within that movement.

We are adding new estates on a selective basis. While we do not have a “house palate, we do favor and select those wines and winemakers that possess the following:

  • Natural, organic and biodynamic wines not as and end in and of itself but as a means for the production of high quality wines
  • Terroir expressive wines with extraordinary purity, elegance, precision, finesse and balance
  • Winemakers that highlight the characteristics of each vintage
  • Wines possessing expressive minerality and balanced acidity
  • Both rising star and established quality producers utilizing strictly limited yields, carefully controlled, low intervention production methods but who never forget that wines, first and foremost, are made to be drunk, and, above all, drunk with pleasure!
  • Wines that are not only made from grapes that are estate grown but also from fruit bought from a handful of other esteemed producers that are willing to sell some of their crop.
  • We recognize and appreciate dedication to family heritage, an overwhelming respect for nature, high average age of the vines, unique terroir and microclimate; and family run wineries that try to express both the terroir and the history in their wines.”
